Ready-to-Ship Items

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact Left Hand Canvas within 14 days of receiving your order via email at lefthandcanvas@gmail.com

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom orders, including bags made from a customer's own sail or other customer-supplied materials, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

One-of-a-Kind Materials

Left Hand Canvas pieces are handmade using reclaimed and repurposed materials. Variations, markings, fading, stitching, and signs of the material's previous life are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Left Hand Canvas via email at lefthandcanvas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to make it right.
